I am an Esthetician specializing in eyelash Extensions, Facials, Laser Lipo fat cavitation, & teeth whitening! Lash Salon Suite Policies Booking Policies 1. Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied to the final balance. 2. New Client Forms: First-time clients must complete a consent form before their appointment. 3. Booking Availability: Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day bookings may not be accepted. 4. Age Policy: Clients must be at least 18 years old or have written parental consent. Cancellation & Rescheduling 1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before their appointment to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. 2. No-Show Policy: No-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service total. 3. Late Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled within 2 hours before scheduled time Late Arrival Policy 1. Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. 2. After Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted to fit the remaining time. Late arrivals over 30 minutes may result in a cancellation fee. Payment Policies 1. Accepted Payments: Payments can be made via [credit card, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay etc.]. 2. Final Payment: Full payment is due at the end of the appointment. 3. Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for completed services. Service Policies 1. Clean Lashes: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. 2. Allergies & Sensitivities: Clients are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment. 3. Refill Policy: Refills are only accepted for clients with 40% of lashes remaining. Otherwise, a full set will be required. 4. No Extra Guests: Due to limited space and for safety, no extra guests, including children, are allowed in the suite unless approved by me. Rescheduling for Lash Emergencies 1. Lash Repairs: If you experience excessive lash loss within 48 hours due to an error in application, a complimentary touch-up will be provided. After 48 hours, standard refill fees apply. Code of Conduct 1. Respectful Environment: Please arrive on time, ready to relax. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will result in service refusal. 2. Communication: Notify us in advance of any concerns or changes regarding your service.

I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before your appointment
